Abe Ohime Shrine
〒545-0034 大阪府大阪市阿倍野区阿倍野元町9−4
A solemn shrine with a Goshuin (calligraphic seal stamp) station. It is said to offer blessings for warding off misfortune and healing illnesses.
What visitors say
The grounds feature the former main hall (honden), wish-hanging torii gates, and the Kuzunoha Shrine. Visitors can see a sacred tree estimated to be 600 years old and a monument to the Kumano Kaido pilgrimage route. The Abe no Seimei Shrine is nearby, and many visitors worship at both shrines together. A lively festival is held during the autumn matsuri, where Goshuin stamps are also available.
