住宅街側から進むと比較的楽にアクセスでき、山の上にひっそりと建つ神聖な雰囲気の神社です。小さな社殿ですが、立派な千木や特徴的な狛犬など見どころがあります。駐車場はないため、車を停めて徒歩で向かうのが一般的です。御朱印は菊池神社で受領できます。
