Iikaruga Hachimangu Shrine

This shrine enshrines Emperor Ojin (Emperor Keitai), Empress Jingu, and Himegami. It is dedicated to the deities of martial success and victory. Since the time of the Minamoto clan, it has served as the guardian deity of the warrior class and boasts the largest number of affiliated shrines nationwide.

The shrine features vibrant vermilion-painted buildings, dragon-carved torii gates, stone lanterns, and water purification basins. It offers limited-edition paper-cut Goshuin (calligraphic seal stamps) and stylish Omamori (amulets), along with a pond featuring a fountain, creating a serene environment for worship.
