九州西国観音霊場などの札所であり、境内はこじんまりとしています。子宝や安産祈願で訪れる家族連れが多く、七五三の賑わいも見られます。広い無料駐車場があり、御朱印は直書きでいただけますが、道が分かりにくいとの声があるため注意が必要です。
