上湯川団地の奥まった小高い場所に位置し、赤い階段を上ると樹齢600年のイチイの御神木や龍神の伝承がある静かな境内です。手入れの行き届いた美しい狛犬や、龍の意匠が施された御朱印が特徴です。御朱印は社務所にて受付可能で、祈祷やお祓いを受けることもできます。
