大鷲神社の境内摂社で、子授けや縁結びなどのご利益がある神社です。境内には大きな男性シンボルを模した御神体や、子授け乃大樹、縁結び合体の椎木が祀られています。大鷲神社の駐車場から女坂を登った場所にあり、女坂は最後が階段になるため、男坂よりも比較的楽に参拝できます。
