History
Founded in 1657 CE (Meirei 3). The main hall (honden) was destroyed by a major fire in 1694 CE (Genroku 7), and the sacred object (shintai) went missing. Consequently, the current enshrined deity was received from Hakusan Hime Shrine. The main hall was rebuilt and the worship hall (haiden) was newly constructed on April 25, 1957 CE (Shōwa 32).
