In 1911, following the withdrawal of Daimaru's Tokyo kimono shop, the shrine was relocated to Aoyama. In 1961, it was moved back near its original site and renamed 'Han'e Inari Shrine'. In 2014, the main hall (honden) was designated as a Tangible Cultural Property by Koto Ward.
