A Tendaishu sect temple located in Kitanoura, Tama Ward, Kawasaki City. It is also known as Oya-san Kichojin. It is one of the 33 Stations of the Tama River Kannon Pilgrimage.
History
This Tendaishu temple was founded by Inage Saburo Shigenari. When his wife (Akiein Myorin Daishi) passed away in 1195 CE (Kenkyu 6), she was buried to the south of the current site.
