By 1646 CE (Shoho 3), the sacred precincts were completed with new construction of the main hall, sacred fence, shrine gate, and torii gate. Although it was destroyed again in the Great Nagasaki Fire of 1663 CE (Kanbun 3), it was rebuilt in 1664 CE (Kanbun 4), at which time a formal relocation ceremony (Shinko) was performed.
