This shrine enshrines the three deities of Kumano (including Kato-hikokushi Okami). These are the deities of the three Kumano mountains. The shrine is a center of faith for revival, the fulfillment of various wishes, and warding off misfortune.

What visitors say
Although it is a small shrine, the grounds feature a very large camphor tree (kusu) that serves as the sacred tree (shinboku) and acts as a landmark. The grounds also house a group of Jizo statues known as Dondora Jizo, as well as Ebisu-sama, creating a unique atmosphere that evokes a sense of history.
