This shrine enshrines the three deities of Kumano (including Kato-hikokushi Okami). These are the deities of the three Kumano mountains. It is a site of faith for revival, the fulfillment of various wishes, and warding off misfortune.

Located next to a community center, visitors approach the shrine buildings via a path lined with a drum bridge, torii gates, a cherry blossom gate, stone lanterns, and komainu (lion-dog statues).
