The current main hall (honden) was relocated from the former Hiyoshi Shrine to the grounds of the former Sagoshi Shrine, which was one of the shrines merged. Additionally, the grounds contain historical records of Omiya Shrine, which was enshrined in 903 CE (Engi 3), as well as a beam plaque (munafuda) from the reconstruction of the Hachiman Shrine during the Edo period.
