History
明治18年に仮堂を建設し、成田山新勝寺から不動明王の分身を勧請して開創した。明治22年に成田山札幌別院新栄寺と公称し、明治42年に本堂を建立したが、昭和39年に放火により焼失した。平成17年には開創120周年記念事業として新たに本堂を建立した。
