A shrine located in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. Its former official rank was that of a village shrine (musha).
History
Before its founding, the site was occupied by Mashobashi Castle, which was ruled by Chiba Tadayasu. The shrine was established under the protection of the Chiba clan after the castle was abandoned.
