A temple founded in 1382, known for the dragons painted on the ceiling of its main hall. It also features numerous sub-temples (tato) and gardens.

The temple grounds are spacious, allowing visitors to enjoy a leisurely stroll in a serene atmosphere. A highlight is the 'Hanshu-zu' (Painting of a Coiled Dragon) on the ceiling of the main hall, where clapping hands at a specific spot produces an echoing sound known as the 'Crying Dragon.' The gardens of the abbot's quarters (budo) and the founding hall (kaisando) are particularly artistic, featuring beautiful white sand dry landscapes, a dry stream, and exquisite moss.
