Located in the center of Tsu City, the grounds feature dignified structures including the prefecture's only wooden five-story pagoda and a Goma-do (fire ritual hall). The precincts also include petting stones, a columbarium, and services for pet memorial rites. The surrounding area is a shopping district that becomes lively with food stalls and merchandise sales during events.
