During the Keichō period, a small shrine enshrining Yojirō was built within the precincts of Hachiman Shrine in Kanisawa Village, located to the south of Rokuda Village. In 1862 CE (Bunkyū 2), the shrine was granted the title of Inari Daimyōjin of the First Rank. In 1955, it was renamed Yojirō Inari Shrine.
